FREE watershed education event open to the public to learn about ways of recycling rain to recharge groundwater and prevent stormwater from damaging our wild and wonderful Wissahickon Creek and ts many smaller, but superior, streams.
Residents and homeowners are encouraged to attend and learn ways to protect property and public waterways from the damaging effects of heavy rains and storm runoff. Attendees will learn about rain gardens, rain barrels and what choice plants work best.
