Philidor Rx Services is having a job fair at our location in

Hatboro. This event will be held from 3pm-6pm on Monday, November 4th.

We are hiring for the following positions

Call Center Representative

This position is responsible for representing Philidor, the

full service pharmacy, as the first point of contact for patients and

physicians.  By providing an exceptional level of customer service, this

position is critical in establishing and then maintaining the rapport necessary

to set the tone for the high level of service provide by the pharmacy. This

position must demonstrate professionalism and compassion in obtaining personal

information from patients, while moving them through the process efficiently.

Bachelors’ Degree or 5 years’ relevant, progressive

experience. Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Call Centers not necessary,

however a plus

Prior Authorization Representatives

This position is responsible for obtaining patients

demographics and benefits information to complete eligibility for prescription

coverage

1-3 Years of Experience with Prior Authorization, Insurance

Verification, Benefit Verification

Pharmacy Claims Specialists

Provide assistance with complex reimbursement, insurance

benefit investigation. Resolve coding questions and complicated claim

rejections/denials and identify reasons for rejections and institute corrective

action to reduce denial incidence.

Minimum 1 year of pharmacy claims or health insurance

coverage review experience (healthcare billing, physician office, health

insurance processing)
