“The State of Horsham Township,” Address by Horsham Township Manager William Walker at luncheon and networking event open to the community, sponsored by the Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce. Topics include Horsham’s economy, the township’s business initiatives and projects, and an update on the status of the reuse plan for the Willow Grove Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base.
