It’s Summer! What more needs to be said? It’s almost the weekend again and we’ve compiled our top five favorite excuses to not weed the garden or clean out the garage.

Friday Night Live Music in the Market Cafe at Wegmans

Why Go: Live music with Mike Doyle. Come out and enjoy the music - you can grab dinner while you’re there

Why Go: The event celebrates the Scottish Heritage of the Keith, Graeme, and Fergusson families who lived at Graeme Park in the 18th century. It's also the Friends of Graeme Park’s largest fundraising event to support educational and community programs, operations, and historic preservation of the National Historic Landmark Keith House at Graeme Park.

Pricing: $10/adults; $5 youth (6-17)

Robin Mark Praise and Worship Concert

Where/When: St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 919 Tennis Ave., Maple Glen. Sunday 7-10 p.m.

Why Go: Robin Mark is an international praise and worship leader from Belfast, Ireland. He is best known for his song "Days of Elijah."

Pricing: $15; for more information call the church office at 215-646-4092.

American Red Cross Blood Drive

Where/When: , 440 S. York Road, Hatboro. Sunday 9-2 p.m., or , 245 Easton Road, Horsham. Sunday 8-1 p.m.

Why Go: Give an hour, save three lives. That is what you can accomplish when you donate blood through the American Red Cross.

Pricing:  Priceless – nothing more to say

Oldies Night & Friday Night Cruisers

Where/When: 263 Marketplace, 700 York Road, Warminster. Friday 6-9 p.m.

Why Go: Oldies music for your listening and dancing pleasure. Also, a wide variety of scrumptious hot foods, drinks, and delicious desserts. Tables and chairs will be set up in the Center Court.

Pricing: It's free to attend, plenty of free parking, and you can enjoy the cool indoors during this fun event!
