Get Out Weekend Planner

Early summer fun, or do something with dad.

Summer is almost officially here, and the weekend is coming. Why not get out and have some fun? Patch has put together a list of some fun and exciting things to do this weekend with Dad.

Summer Camp Open House at the Hatboro YMCA

Where/When: , 440 S. York Road, Hatboro. Friday 6-8 p.m.

Why Go: The excitement builds for the start of summer camp! Come out and meet the staff, the other campers, and see what a great week is waiting for campers. 

The event will be held under the camp tent at the Hatboro Area YMCA.

Where/When: , 859 County Line Road, Horsham. Sun noon to 3 p.m.

Why Go: Celebrate the magic of Father’s Day with an all-you-can-eat buffet at noon. At 1 p.m. the focus moves to the stage for a family friendly magic and comedy act by magician Randy Snedden. At 2 p.m. the entire family can take a guided tour of the historic Keith House.    

Pricing:  $22 per person and $12 for 3-12 year olds. Reservations are required and must be held with a credit card. Call 215-343-0965 to reserve your spot.

American Red Cross Blood Drive 

Where/When: , 411 Babylon Road, Horsham. Sunday 9 a.m.

Why Go: Help raise money for the second Annual 5K run-walk and one-mile walk to support melanoma research and awareness. Show your support for a great cause.

Karaoke Fun

Where/When: , York Road and West Street Road, Warminster. Saturday 10 p.m.

Why Go: Grab the mic and have some fun! Even if you wouldn't quit your day job. Get a group together, or brave it solo.
