From model trains to tea parties - and everything in between - there is a lot to do this weekend.

Are you ready for the weekend? We can help. It’s Thursday, and we have put together our Get Out planner, stuffed with our top five picks for this weekend.

Armed Forces Day Railfest

Find out what's happening in Hatboro-Horshamwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

Where/When: , 1415 Second Street Pike, Southampton. Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.    

Why Go: Southampton Railroad Station Society's Armed Forces Day Railfest features operation train layouts, historical groups and exhibits, model train vendors, food vendors and much more.

Pricing: Adults $5, children 12 and under free, when accompanied by adult.   

Tea for Teddy and Me

Where/When: , 859 County Line Road, Horsham. Sunday 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. 

Why Go: A special tea party for the little ones with their own tour of the Keith House and refreshments in the barn.

Pricing: $10 per person. Reservations are required and must be held with a credit card. Seatings are at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Flea Markets

Where/When: , 580 Delmont Ave, Warminster Friday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Saint John Bosco, 215 E. County Line Road, Hatboro. Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.   

Why Go: Flea markets are always fun. You never know what you will find. Two great places to search for treasures and bargains.  

Pricing: Whatever you can negotiate   

Southampton Jazz Festival

Where/When: ,1255 Second Street Pike, Southampton. Sunday at 3 p.m. 

Why Go:  Join the Southampton Community Band's Big Band and local high schools and middle schools for the seventh annual Southampton Jazz Festival in the Lions Grove.

Pricing: Free

Bridal Fair

Where/When: 263 Marketplace, 700 York Road, Warminster. Sunday noon to 4 p.m. 

Why Go: Wedding, bridesmaids, and flower girl gowns will be modeled and area country clubs and restaurants will be represented along with many outside vendors.

Pricing: Free Admission
