1. Today is National Relaxation Day. It's a time to reflect and have a day off. 

2. The best thing to do is to stop worrying and just relax. Here are some helpful ways to just start your day of relaxing.

3. The best way to relax is a nice spa day. Whether it is a massage or a manicure, it instantly makes you feel calm and quiet. Make an appointment at  for a day of relaxation.

4. If your day is full of stressful meetings, just take a few minutes to close your eyes and relax. Do this at least once a day and you will be surprised how much you can take on the world.

5. Did you know that men and women have different ways of relaxing?Men are more likely to drink while women read. I like to drink and read to relax. I wonder how I fit in to that statistic. What do you do to relax?
