Why are there more homes being built in Horsham?

Last night I was walking dogs on Babylon road and I looked across at the and saw six beautiful deer grazing along.

Where will they go once the are built?

What kind of traffic and school issues will we have to deal with?

Does Horsham truly need more homes?
