Horsham Township Resident Joseph M. Blackburn Joins Firm

Wisler Pearlstine, LLP is pleased to announce that Joseph M. Blackburn has joined the firm as associate.

Mr. Blackburn concentrates his practice in the areas of Municipal Law, Zoning and Land Development.  He performs all aspects of local government representation for the firm’s municipal clients, including attendance at municipal meetings, the preparation and negotiation of municipal contracts, leases and land development agreements, municipal code enforcement, and litigation support.  He also handles a broad range of real estate, zoning and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients, including applications to zoning hearing boards for variances and special exceptions, applications to municipal governing bodies for conditional uses, subdivisions to create new building lots, new land development projects, and transactional work related to the preparation of agreements of sale, deeds and easements and declarations. A member of the Pennsylvania, Montgomery and Berks County Bar Associations, Mr. Blackburn received his undergraduate degree (2008) and law degrees from The Pennsylvania State University (2012).
