History: The space was most recently housed by First Niagara Bank.

The Challenge: It has only two parking spots, according to Hatboro Main Street Manager Stephen Barth. "The parking issue has been its greatest hinderance," he said.

Prior to its departure about seven months ago, the bank had been paying $28 per square foot, Barth said and the owners have only recently been "willing to be flexible."

Interest: Several small community banks, investment and insurance companies.

Potential: "A professional firm that would like high visibility, yet not have the need for walk in traffic," Barth said.
