Outdoor Seating Could Come to Iron Hill Brewery

An application from Iron Hill Brewery will be reviewed during Tuesday's Horsham Zoning Hearing Board meeting.

Drinks and fare could be enjoyed outdoors at the Iron Hill Brewery in Horsham in the coming months.

The business owner has submitted an application–which will be reviewed by Horsham's zoning hearing board on Tuesday–that calls for outdoor seating to accommodate 28 people.

Renderings show four tables of four and six tables of two at the brew pub, which is located within The Shoppes at English Village at 1460 Bethlehem Pike.

Horsham Township Manager Bill Walker said the council, in reviewing the application recently, took a neutral position, provided that certain conditions are met.

Among them, Walker said the governing body requested that the seating be ADA compliant. In addition, music is not permitted and the seating area can not be enclosed with a tent or awning, he said.
