Outdoor Seating Coming to Iron Hill Brewery
The Horsham Zoning Hearing Board approved the addition of outdoor seats at Iron Hill Brewery.
Drinks and eats can be enjoyed out of doors in the coming months at Iron Hill Brewery.
The Horsham Zoning Hearing Board granted unanimous approval this week to permit 350 square feet of outdoor seating at the restaurant, which is located at 1460 Bethlehem Pike, within the Shoppes at English Village.
Plans submitted to the township call for 10 tables in all, and total accommodations for 28 people.
The approval was granted conditioned upon the applicant's agreement to install bollards with wrought iron fencing and top them with plants. In addition, Iron Hill can not play outdoor music and can not install a temporary or permanent enclosure in the seating area.
