I couldn't recommend Crossfit Generation more. If you are looking for a program where you are not alone, this is the place. How many gym owners know the names of every member of their club? Barry does. Barry, Jocelyn and all of the coaches do a great job with scaling workouts to fit everyone from Grandparents to elite athletes and everyone sees results. Check out the video at the link below starring a few fellow members. www.crossfitgeneration.net http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=SVYgZbi6NXk
