good report patch. Hopefully people will read & heed before eating in some of these places. Hopefully the places with several violations will clean up their acts & business

Yes, thank you! Except the gross violations at Bueno Via - and I'm having a graduation luncheon there next weekend! Better clean it up!!!

Hello, I listed the ones that had inspections recently (i.e. in April or so far in May). I didn't pick and choose which to include. I included all who were inspected during those times. More of these reports will follow and will include those inspected during the following weeks. And, by the way, this is public information easily accessible through the Montgomery County Health Department's Web site. I didn't add anything to the report. I am not sure how something that is pulled directly from the county health department web site can be viewed as unfair and unbalanced, but you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

Wow, after that nasty remark I'm definitely not returning to the Little Corner Kitchen. I love the food there, but attacking someone for simply reposting public information is rather sad for a business owner to post. I'll take my business elsewhere, especially from somewhere with EIGHT violations under their belt. Also, she did post a ton, not just your's. It isn't a personal vendetta if she posts the health reports from what looks like twenty places.
Want nothing to do with the Patch August 14, 2012 at 02:09 AM
Bridget...this is exactly what I was trying to say...EVERY restaurant gets multiple violations and if you are not familiar with how the reporting is done or worded it all seems much worse than it really is...FOR ALL THE RESTAURANTS. I did not and do not feel like it's a personal vendetta towards me but towards the restaurant business in general. Why isn't the patch linking up consumer reports for other businesses? Mechanics, hair dressers, etc. The regular person reading these reports with the lack of knowledge hurts ALL the restaurants. I have a right to defend the restaurant business and fellow owners and I have a right to speak freely. If you feel as though you do not want to dine at my establishment because I, like Theresa, The Patch and you, exercise my right to an opinion and the right to express it, then so be it. It certainly wouldn't be the first or last time. I will NEVER curb my right to freedom of speech. Perhaps if you owned a business that was posted on a web site without your consent and put in the spot light without your consent you would understand better.
