Thursday is National Pancake Day and to celebrate, participating Perkins’ restaurants are giving away free short stacks.

In turn, the national chain is hoping customers will donate to Give Kids The World Village, a resort located near central Florida’s world-famous theme parks that provides cost-free vacations for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
