Edibles 'Restaurant Impossible' Episode to Air

Tune into the Food Network's 'Restaurant Impossible' show Sunday at 10 p.m.

It's been two months since celebrity chef Robert Irvine and his "Restaurant Impossible" crew gave the former Edibles Restaurant & Pub its much-needed makeover.

The wait will soon be over for locals–and the world–interested in seeing the behind-the-scenes of what was involved in the $10,000 renovation, which yielded a new name: Hurley's American Grille.

Owner John Hurley confirmed this week what a Food Network representative shared during the filming in May, that the show's producers and the restaurant owner are not permitted to discuss the upgrades, or how it may have helped the faltering business until after the air date.

The episode featuring the Edibles-to-Hurley's transformation is set for Sunday at 10 p.m. on the Food Network.

Will you watch? Have you tried Hurley's since the changes were made? If so, what did you think? Tell us in the comments.
