Traffic is being redirected on Meetinghouse Road because of a two-vehicle crash.
A two-vehicle crash caused fire police to redirect traffic on Meetinghouse Road, outside of Hatboro-Horsham School District's administration building shortly before 7 p.m. Monday.

The crash occurred at the four-way intersection beyond the district offices, a fire police representative told Patch. A vehicle flipped over, he said.

Horsham Township Police Deputy Chief Bill Daly, who was sworn in last week as chief, told Patch that, just before 7 p.m., two people involved in the crash had been removed from their vehicles. One of the occupants had to be rescued, Daly said.

Daly said the individuals were sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There's a 4 way intersection in front of the administrative building?

Beyond the admin building. Sorry, I should've clarified.

No problem. Just couldn't get my bearings. Since we're correcting. ... Bill Daly is actually the Chief. No more deputy.
Theresa Katalinas (Editor) January 13, 2014 at 08:16 PM
He assumes that role officially on Jan. 20.
John Kinniry January 13, 2014 at 08:48 PM
He assumes the sole role. He was already appointed chief. We currently have two chiefs. Just an FYI.

Wow really? Theresa thank you for the update - sorry you're having to defend what you wrote - which is about the accident, not who is police chief. I'm glad to hear nobody was hurt. Can't believe you're having to have a debate here!!!
John Kinniry January 14, 2014 at 09:48 AM
Hey Karen no last name. Not a debate. Just thought I would let her know that the man in charge of our police department has a different title. I honestly thought she would appreciate the information. I'd suggest you created a debate. I thought I was helping. Ms Theresa I apologize if I created a problem for you. Not my intention.
