World War II Weekend

Join the Friends of Graeme Park, and the reenactors from the 3rd and 35th Infantries, the 9th S.S. and the 110th Medical Battalion for a weekend long encampment and demonstrations on the grounds of Graeme Park. Saturday's activities will be capped off with a concert by the West Chester Swing Kings, a big band who plays songs from the 1940s through today including classics from Glen Miller, Duke Ellington, Tommy Dorsey, and Brian Setzer.

The reenactment will take place Saturday, September 24 beginning at 10 am with the battle taking place at 2 pm and Sunday September 25 from 10 to 3. When the troops aren't engaging, you may tour the camps, see period tanks and trucks, tour thehistoric Keith House, browse the sutlers' booths and grab some lunch. The cost is $10 on Saturday, and includes the concert and $6 on Sunday. The concert will be Saturday, September 24 at 5 pm and admission to the concert only is $5.
