What Would You Improve in Hatboro, Horsham in 2013?

If you could make a New Year's resolution for your town, what would it be?

More than 45 percent of Americans make a resolution every year, according to statisticbrain.com. Some people vow to live a healthier lifestyle, others promise to spend more time with family, and many say they will try to save money.

As millions of Americans make resolutions to improve their lives, what could we do right here in Hatboro and Horsham to make them even better places to live?

What is on your Hatboro or Horsham wish list? What is one thing you would improve in 2013?

Tell us in the comment section below or blog about why you love living here!

Continue to work on Main Street and encourage business owners to take pride in business fronts and plant flowers / sweep, etc. Bring more arts to Hatboro. Make is a place people would want to hop on the train and visit. Also clean up graffiti for example on the side of the building that houses Jim's antiques.

I agree with Terri. Main Street Hatboro has such potential to be an upscale tourist attraction, like New Hope. Fix up the storefronts and open more cafes, boutiques, etc.

Agree with Terri and Jenn plus we must do something in Hatboro to revitalize the dead zone including Old Mill, Old Mill House, Rest Home, Jarrett Dodge, brick building by creek next to the cleaners. In their present state they are of no value, real estate must be recycled and put to use of the citizens and town. The loss of WAWA was a blow to the economy and Hatboro's vibrancy, NIMBY's cannot be allowed to ruin our town for redevelopment serves the "common good for all."
