Treats to Bark About

Best Friends Pet Care will be trekking through Hatboro and Horsham this month with treats in tow for Fido.

Tails will be wagging in Hatboro and Horsham this month as the Best Friends Pet Care treat truck rolls through with free cookies and ice cream.

The colorful, doggy-decorated truck will be visiting local dog parks and other pet-friendly locations from March 17 through March 22. At each stop, the staff gives away doggy ice cream treats and cookies for pups, as well as healthy treats for their humans. Fun items like tennis balls, paw towels and paw-shaped bag clips are also distributed.

Willow Grove-based Best Friends created its treat truck for dogs to give the community a taste of the fun and caring its staff provides to pet guests every day in its pet care centers. The treat truck has been on the road since last summer and visited Pennslyvania briefly last July. The truck has visited 12 states, traveling as far south as Florida and west to Texas.
