Hatboro Mayor Norm Hawkes presented commendations to scouts Harry Beck and Kaitey-Aryn Hallowell.
According to Hawkes, Harry cleaned the creek in the area of Miller Meadow and also removed graffiti on the Pennypack foot bridge, while Katie-Aryn received the Girl Scouts Gold Award.
