Halloween Events in Hatboro, Horsham

There are lots of fun family activities in Hatboro and Horsham to offer a scary good time through Halloween.

Looking to scare up some Halloween fun in Hatboro and Horsham? Patch has compiled a list of local haunts hosting events through Halloween:

Haunted Moonlight Tours, Graeme Park, 859 County Line Road, Horsham, Oct. 26-27, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

These 30-minute evening candlelit tours take you through the house where you'll encounter costumed actors presenting scenes related to the history of Graeme Park and hear stories about some of the experiences that have been reported, or passed down through the centuries. Admission fee of $12 per person includes light refreshments.

Costumed 5K, Pennypack Elementary School, 130 Spring Ave., Hatboro, Oct. 27 at 9:30 a.m. 

This annual fundraising run/walk for the Hatboro Area YMCA is designed with Halloween in mind. Costumes are not only encouraged, but will be rewarded with prizes for best costumes, adult and child, scariest costumes, funniest costumes and best themed family and group. Cost is $25 for adults and $12 for kids ages 4-12 for either the 5K run, or one-mile walk.

Hatboro Halloween Stroll Oct. 27 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Costumed kids can stroll Hatboro’s downtown shopping district – from Horsham Road to Summit Avenue – for trick or treating at the borough’s retailers. This event is free.

Halloween party, Making Real Connections, 34 S. York Road, Hatboro, Oct. 27 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Kids under 12 should come in costume. A non-perishable food item and $12 admission fee covers Halloween activities.

Sleepy Hollow at the Horsham Township Library, 435 Babylon Road, Horsham, Oct. 25 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

This free interactive family theater weaves the characters from Washington Irving's classic story into a new and exciting tale. Designed to be spooky (but not scary), the show begins where the original story leaves off.

Spooktacular storytime, Union Library of Hatboro, 243 S. York Road, Hatboro, Oct. 25 at 2 p.m.

This free event features Halloween stories and crafts for children in third- through fifth-grades.
