Blair Mill Village East Resident Halloween Event

On October 23rd. at 12:30 p.m. will be the annual Halloween Event for the residents of Blair Mill Village East and Blair Mill Village Apartments. There will be a costume contest, a scavenger hunt and bobbing for apples. (These events are open to children under 10).  Also for the first time we are working with Farmers Ins. in hosting the m.i.l.k. Digital ID event where parents can obtain free, standardized, high quality digital images of their children and a fingerprint kit along with a free copy of the Home Organizer software program (courtesy of Farmers Ins.)  The m.i.l.k. (Managing Information on Lost Kids) was designed to raise awareness of child safety and provide parents with an effective tool to aid law enforcement in the search for a missing child.  The m.i.l.k. Digital ID has been called the first step in the Amber Alert.
