Community Corner

We Are Looking To Connect With Veterans Of All Ages

The American Legion "Liberty Post 308" in Willow Grove is reaching out to our "Band of Brothers and Sister Veterans" of all ages. We are a Veterans and Community Service Organization made up of (300+) former and currently serving Military Personnel who are volunteering to help our country and community.
My Name is GREG FIRMBACH and I am the Post Adjutant at Liberty Post 308. Please contact me (215-371-1521 or email: Legion@AEGISTRB.com) to learn about affiliating or becoming a Legion member of Post 308, The Sons of the American Legion, The Legion Auxiliary and/or The Legion Riders.
In the past year our Legion Post has given/sponsored multiple scholarships to area high school students, sent local boys and girls to summer leadership training and participated in many local community events honoring our veterans and local folks serving our community.
Call GREG for a personal visit. You can also visit the Post at 2305 Computer Ave, WG. Miss Ann will be pleased to greet you and show you around.
The Legionnaires meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 1930 hours. Our Canteen is open daily 12:00 pm. I look forward to meeting you... Bring some stories to share and be prepared to be a good listener when we share ours. Visit our website at: http://www.freewebs.com/post308pa/
