One lucky boy or girl will win a free bike at our National Night Out Celebration on Tuesday, August 5.  Parents are asked to submit a picture of their child wearing a safety helmet on a bike, via email to: police@horsham.org.  Please provide child’s name.  We will post the pictures (with first name only) on our Horsham ChAT’s Facebook page and choose a winner from the bunch.  Don’t have a bike or helmet, then be creative: a drawing of you riding a bike and wearing a helmet will work too!
