Horsham Chamber of Commerce invites community to hear "State of Horsham Township" at Jan. 15 luncheon
The Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce invites the community to hear about “The State of Horsham Township” at a luncheon Jan. 15 at the Horsham Township Community Center, 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham.
Township Manager William Walker will discuss issues in the community, including activities in 2013 and what to look for in 2014, as well as an update on transportation and the redevelopment of the land formerly occupied by the Willow Grove Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Horsham.
The luncheon, which will include an opportunity for networking, is open to all members of the greater Horsham community, not just business people.

Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by the luncheon and Walker’s address from noon to 1 p.m.
The luncheon cuisine, by O’Neill’s Catering, Horsham, will include mixed green salad with mandarin oranges, dried cranberries and sliced almonds; Caesar salad with roasted red peppers; Chicken Francaise with sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers and lemon butter sauce; Steak Marsala with onions and mushrooms; vegetable lasagna Alfredo, rice pilaf; and creamy mashed potatoes. Dessert is freshly baked cookies and fudge brownies.

A limited number of business showcasing tables are available and requests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. Cost of the luncheon is $20 for members; $25 for nonmembers and at the door. Tables of eight may be reserved. Cost of one luncheon admission and a showcase table is $35.
