Greater Horsham Chamber, three Horsham businesses partnering for ‘Toys 4 Kids’ community social, with food & drink, singers & Santa

The Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with three Horsham businesses, will host a “Toys 4 Kids” community social Dec. 4 that offers food and drink, a musical performance, Santa and Mrs. Claus - and a chance to make the holidays brighter for area children.

Admission to the event from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Days Inn Horsham-Philadelphia, 245 Easton Road, Horsham, is a new, unwrapped toy. Toys collected will be distributed by CONCERN (www.concern4kids.org), a nonprofit child welfare agency which provides foster care, life skills training and delinquency services. CONCERN, whose Southwest Regional Office is in Willow Grove, is a member of the chamber’s Nonprofit Roundtable.

Those seeking guidance on what toys to buy may access a “wish list” the agency has provided by visiting the chamber’s Web site, www.horshamchamberofcommerce.com.

Partnering with the chamber on the event, which includes food and beverages including hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine and soda, is Days Inn Horsham-Philadelphia, McDonald’s Horsham and O'Neill's Catering in Horsham.
