Work to Begin on County Line Road in Horsham

Beginning Monday, County Line Road will be restricted to one lane through Horsham, Warrington and Warminster townships.

Travelers of County Line Road will want to find alternate routes through spring as a five-month-long road construction project begins on Monday.

Road work will restrict County Line Road between Valley Road and Delmont Road in Warrington and Warminster townships, Bucks County and Horsham Township beginning on Nov. 5. Construction is expected to continue weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through April 2013, according to PennDOT. County Line Road will be narrowed to one lane in each direction while work is carried out.

The lane restrictions are the result of the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority working to install a 30-inch water main on the state-owned road.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
