An 18-year-old Warminster woman died Monday morning following a one-vehicle car crash at 3:38 a.m., Horsham Township Police said. 

Samantha Flaville, who had formerly lived in Bensalem, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on County Line and Meetinghouse roads. 

Police said the circumstances surrounding the vehicle accident are under investigation. Anyone with information on the crash is encouraged to call Det. Robert Waeltz or Sgt. Lawrence Bozzomo of the Horsham Township Police Department at 215-643-8284.
