Warminster Man Jailed in Alleged Horsham Burglary

Mark Rebuck has been charged in connection with a Monday evening burglary.

The following information was provided by the Horsham Township Police Department.

A 44-year-old Warminster man is behind bars after allegedly committing a burglary in Horsham Monday night.

Mark Rebuck was arrested and charged with burglary and related offenses and was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail following an 8:02 p.m. security alarm Monday, police said.

When Horsham police responded to 719 Dresher Road, officers discovered an unoccupied silver Dodge Ram pickup truck located in the area. Police monitored the truck and at 8:47 p.m. they conducted a traffic stop as the vehicle attempted to leave the area. The resulting investigation led to Rebuck's arrest.
