Horsham Police Nab Breaking & Entering Suspect
A Hatboro teen was after attempting to break into a Horsham residence early Thursday.
Horsham Police said alcohol may have played a role in an attempted break-in this morning in the 200 block of Pine Avenue.
Kevin Patrick Brizzi, 18, of Hatboro, was arrested Thursday at 4:52 a.m. and charged with trespassing and alcohol-related charges after police said he entered a Horsham homeowner's shed and then pulled on a back kitchen door.
The caller who reported the incident said that Brizzi staggered out of the shed and appeared to be intoxicated, police said.

I am still surprised that Horsham Police let a well-known Horsham contractor steal $100,000 of private property from a local resident ... then have the resident removed from their own property. The thief violated many laws (several misdemeanors, and a 3rd degree felony), but the Police have yet to act according.
