Horsham Chooses Romney by Slim Margin
The majority of Horsham voters flip flopped on their support of President Barack Obama this time around.
If the majority of Horsham voters had their say, Mitt Romney, rather than Barack Obama would have been elected president Tuesday.
According to unofficial election results from the Montgomery County Board of Elections, of the 81.96 percent of Horsham residents who hit the polls Tuesday, 50.05 percent, or 7,228 of Horsham voters chose Romney as compared to the 48.94 percent, or 7,068 voters who supported a second term for Obama.
By contrast, in 2008, of the 72.77 percent of voters who turned out, 53.56 percent, or 7,409 voters chose Obama over the 45.79 percent, or 6,334 voters who opted for Republican John McCain, according to the county's official election results.
Hatboro voters overwhelmingly supported Obama in 2008, as well as in his re-election bid Tuesday. According to the county's unofficial election results, of the 73.45 percent of Hatboro residents who hit the polls Tuesday, 56.26 percent, or 2,055 voters favored Obama as compared to the 42.21 percent, or 1,542 voters who chose Romney.
The 2008 election results in Hatboro showed similar support. Of the 70 percent of voters who turned out, 58.68 percent, or 2,142 voters chose Obama, as compared to the 39.78 percent, or 1,452 voters who favored McCain.

Yeah, no surprise with all the voter intimidation and false info election officials and at polling places engaged in.
The Voter ID law was suspended by a Judge and was not in effect, yet polling places in Horsham had signs and flyers about Forms of ID that are accepted, and polling officials were standing at the door telling people to have their ID ready even though none was required to vote. Their behavior was a total disgrace. Typical Dirty Tricks by Republicans.
It was legal to ask for ID, but since none was required to vote, to do so was a pure act of vote intimidation!
Judge of Elections Nancy Alonge was standing at the door asking everyone for ID even though it was not required to vote. THAT IS NOT HER JOB! It was a purely partisan act!

That wasn't the case at the Horsham 1-3 polling location. No one asked any voters for ID that I know of, and I was there almost the entire day.
I did notice some people coming in with ID in hand, anticipating - I guess - that they would be asked. And there was information on voter ID requirements sitting on a nearby table.
"Showing ID" though was never an issue at our poll on Tuesday.

This has nothing to do with Voters picking the right man for President. There were voter fraud in Phila. and I am sure there were elsewhere.
Romney did not lose the Election, The people of the United States Lost with another 4 years of a Liar and a fraud in the White House.
God Help us all.

I always offer my ID wherever I go. It makes the paperwork much easier to handle. Many names are spelled multiple ways and there is usually background noise to contend with. Showing your ID is a matter of courtesy.

I love that the only rebuttal I ever get when I offer the fact that I am a Romney supporter, are words like "stupid" "idiot" or "moron" Arkansas you only exagerate the class and integrity of Obama supporters. He is your guy and I wish our country the best of luck. We are going to need it.

I agree with Nerdy. If someone has something intelligent to say there is no need for name calling. I have watched in the wings all the FB posts, tweets, and comments on various social media. I'm glad we have the freedom of speech in America but put a lid on the negative name calling and immaturity. No one hears you when you resort to this. America needs to grow up and start being a unified country again, no matter who the president is. Be the solution, not the problem.

Doesn't matter who won anyway. Neither candidate discussed cutting spending to reduce the deficit that will be the ruin of this once great country. You can tax millionaires and billionaires at 100% of their income and you won't make a dent in the deficit. The government doesn't have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem. Laugh at Greece if you like when they riot in the streets over gov't spending cuts there, but we are no better or smarter over here. God help us, because we obviously can't help ourselves.
