375 runners and walkers participated in the first annual Freezer 5K along Horsham's Power Line Trail on Sunday.

The event was a collaboration of several area business owners and public servants who wanted to create an event which would directly benefit the Horsham community.

The 5K race and Family Fun Walk started and ended at Simmons Elementary School on Babylon Road in Horsham.

All profits from the event will go to Horsham Township families in need of financial help this holiday season, as well as the Horsham Parks and Recreation Department.
