Dr. Kristina Griffith Joins Doylestown's Advanced Sports Chiropractic

Doctors John King-Marino and Derek Gearhart of Advanced Sports Chiropractic in Doylestown are pleased to welcome Kristina Griffith, DC to their practice.

Dr. Griffith, originally from the Rochester, New York area, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.

Originally, she considered becoming a veterinarian. After shadowing a chiropractor who taught her anatomy and physiology course at RIT, she changed direction and decided to go to chiropractic school.  I realized that I wanted to work with people and although I had considered traditional medical school, chiropractic appeals to me because it takes a different, holistic approach to health. Exercise, including injury prevention, and proper nutrition are important for good health and I see my role as helping to educate people about that.

Dr. Kristi has been heavily involved in sports her entire life. Throughout high school, she was a soccer player, track and field athlete and a diver. She continued to play intramural soccer throughout her college years and is now an avid runner and crossfitter. She is also a new member of the Bucks County Roadrunners.

She currently resides in Warrington, Pennsylvania.
